The ICAA Methodology · Rev. 1.0

Four articles. One certified outcome.

Every assessment proceeds through the same four articles, in the same order, under the same standards. The methodology is published, reviewable, and the same whether you are a sole operator or running a fifty-person services firm.

  1. I. Article

    Audit

    A 45-minute structured interview with the operator. The Registrar's intake captures every bottleneck across administration, marketing, sales, and delivery. The transcript is the artifact.

  2. II. Article

    Analysis

    The transcript is processed against the Institute's prompt library. Patterns invisible to a single reviewer surface as a ranked list of five to seven candidate interventions.

  3. III. Article

    Findings

    Findings are compiled into the Certified Assessment Report — executive summary, priority matrix, a four-day quick-start, and projected financial impact. Signed by the Registrar.

  4. IV. Article

    Review

    The operator receives the report in a screen-share review with their assigned analyst. Each recommendation is walked, scoped, and dispositioned. Implementation is optional.
